ABCs

Carson has also started to get kind of interested in letters. We have them all over the place, like the bathtub and the refrigerator, and of course, I think he's learning some of this in his new school. He is getting so smart!

Coloring

Carson's vocabulary has been exploding this month. Now, he has gotten to where is will repeat a lot of words that I try to get him to say. He just loves to color!

Happy Birthday Corben!

On Saturday, we went to Carson's friend, Corben's, first birthday party. It was a fiesta so instead of birthday hats, they had little mustaches for all the boys. Here is Carson's picture during the one-minute that he actually wore the mustache. Carson had fun playing with all his little friends.

Primrose Open House

On Saturday, Erik and I took Carson to the Primrose open house. He was so excited to see his teachers. Carson got his face painted and played on the playground. It was a lot of fun. We also entered Carson's name for the drawing for a stuffed Primrose bear and he won!!

Playing with Jude

We met Renee and Jude for dinner at Lupe Tortillas last Wednesday. I had never been there, but they are super kid-friendly. They have a whole playground for the kids to play on. Carson and Jude had so much fun playing together. Carson even learned to say "Jude!"

Cousins!

While Erin and Ed are in Paris, my mom and dad have been watching Erik, Emily, Carson, and Steven Richard every day. They have had so much fun getting to play together so much! Carson just loves all his cousins!

First Day of School

Carson started at Primrose last Monday. The transition was much easier than I expected. Other than clinging on to my mom when she drops him off, he is always very happy there. All of his teachers are so nice. Carson has brought home some adorable craft projects, which is he very proud of. Our daycare experience is really great so far!

Gidee up!

Carson just loves his rocking horse that he got for Christmas. He rides it every night before bed. Thank you Gran-Granny!
