We had a such a great time at Jellystone park. There was so much to do there... fishing, golfing, water slides, and more. We especially had fun when Steven, Stephanie, and Steven Richard came to visit. We can't wait to go back!!
Carson loved the waterslides!!
This is Carson's secret to putt-putt golfing success!
Ed took us to a beautiful park in League City and took these great family pictures!! I love having a photographer in the family. Thanks Ed! www.henceyphotography.com
Thursday, was Carson's last day at Primrose. It was definitely bitter-sweet. Although, we are very excited about him starting at St. Helen's, we were also very sad for him to leave Primrose. He loved his school so much. Every day on the way home from school, he would say "I love Ashley" at least 5 times. Ms. Ashley was definitely his favorite teacher. He was always super happy when we dropped him off and when we picked him up. They made Carson this great book to give him on his last day about how much they will miss him.
Today, Erik got a package in the mail with a large, fun-looking box. Carson and I decided to get creative and turn it into a dinosaur land for his toy dinosaurs. We used magazines and crayons.
Last week, we went to Carson's friend, Grace's 2nd birthday party. It was a stomping grounds in Sugar Land. We had never been there before. It was awesome. They have a huge climbing structure for kids with lots of slides. Carson especially liked the area where there was a fake alligator on the ground and you were supposed to walk across logs to get around the alligator. Carson preferred to ride the alligator. For like a week after the party, Carson kept asking to go to the "alligator birthday party!"
On Thursday night, Erik, Carson, and I went with Steven, Stephanie, and Steven Richard to the children's museum. It was my first time to go since the big re-model, and it was great!! Thursday nights are free night, so it was completely packed. When we drove up, there was a line of at least 50 people waiting to get it. We had a lot of fun though, but I can't wait to go back when its a little less crowded. Afterward, we ate at 59 Diner... so delicious!!
Carson's latest obsessions are puzzles and The Wiggles. Here is a clip of him doing a puzzle. He will sit and do puzzles for over 30 minutes. He really loves them!
Today, Carson and I went to his friend Xander's 2nd birthday party at Jumpin' Jungle. Carson had so much fun. It took about an hour to overcome his fear of bouncy things. So Carson spent the first hour playing with this ball. Of course, all it takes is a ball for Carson to have a great time! And when he finally got into the bouncy thing, he loved that too. We had a great time!!
Right before I lost my camera a few weeks ago, Carson and I went to his friend Xander's house to feed the ducks at their neighborhood pond. The kids had fun feeding the ducks and playing with duck food. Afterward, we got to play with all Xander's fun toys!
