Spending the night with Erik and Emily

Erin sent me this picture from her phone when she and Carson were taking Stella for a walk. Carson spent the night with Aunt Erin and Uncle Ed for his first time Monday night! He had so much fun. Emily slept on the floor beside his playpen all night. Carson has the best cousins!

Babysitting Steven Richard!

Carson LOVED getting to spend the whole day with his cousin. Carson played peek a boo with him, read him books, and rocked him in the car seat! It was so cute!

Graduation!!

I am so excited to finally graduate! Thanks so much to everyone who was able to make my graduation!! And thanks to Ed for this great video! I will be adding some pictures soon (as soon as I get those from Ed too- hehe!)

Discovery Green (again!)

We just can't get enough of this park! We went back again today with Carson's playgoup. This time we tried out the splash pad, which Carson loved!!

Discovery Green

We met Steven, Stephanie, and Steven Richard at Discovery Green on Saturday. Carson had fun walking around, looking at boats and dogs, and playing with his cousin!

Our trip to Austin

Carson and I had a great visit to Austin. On Monday, we went to Zilker Park and rode the train. Then on Tuesday, we went to the zoo. It was so much fun to see Jess, Pam, and Austin! Austin and Carson are just so cute playing together!

Being Silly

Carson loves to climb into everything he can. The other day he took all the clothes out of the dryer for me and then climbed in!! He has also climbed into bathroom cabinets, under his bed, and anywhere else he can fit!!

Having fun at Aunt Marilu's!

We had so much fun meeting at Aunt Marilu and Uncle Buddy's for hamburgers. Carson was walking and crawling all over the place. He had so much fun chasing Aunt Marilu around and playing with Moose!! Thanks for having us over!

Congratulations Michael!!

We are so proud of Michael for graduating from San Jac on Saturday with his computer certificate! Way to go!

Astros Game

Erik got some awesome tickets from his boss for Sunday's game!! It was a very exciting game. The astros tied it up in the 9th and then won with a homerun in the 12th. We couldn't have asked for a better game. And Carson did great through all 12 innings! We can't wait for our next Astros game (Thursday!).

1st trip to the ER

On Thursday night, we took Carson to the ER for the first time. He had been congested for a couple days. Thursday afternoon, Erin and I noticed that he was breathing kind of fast, but we thought it was probably due to the congestion and it didn't really seem to be bothering him. At 7pm Thursday evening, he started wheezing so we called the doctor and were told to come to Texas Children's ER. They said Carson had a virus that was causing inflammation of his airways. They said baby's airways are so narrow so even a little inflammation can cause wheezing. So, he got some breathing treatments and he improved quickly. We left the ER at about 2am. It was a long night, but I'm so glad Carson is feeling better!!

Bluebonnets!

Erin, Ed, and I took all the kids to this great place in Pearland to take bluebonnet pictures!! It was a lot of fun and we got some great pictures!
